House Hunting

My husband and I have been house hunting for the best part of a year now. James has grand dreams of buying the perfect sustainable home that we can live in and grow with for years to come. This all came about after he saw the work of Peter Stutchbury. We took a road trip to visit the invisible house and James has been hooked since.

Each day James will start off the morning with a search for local properties in the area and to see what is on the market. Our search area has expanded significantly to accommodate his needs, and at this rate, it feels like we will be homeless for a while. James on the other hand doesn't seem deterred at all. If anything, he is even more determined to find something he loves.

Glass House

Yesterday morning he showed me the Doonan Glass House, which was built by Sarah Waller and overlooks the beautiful bush at Noosa.

The overall design was magnificent and I could certainly see the appeal, although our hopes of buying something like that were very limited.

I loved the idea of living somewhere with beautiful views like this.

Agent

I decided it was time to find a real estate agent who could help us find that dream home. I did an extensive Google search and eventually came across one that fit our bill. They were all about sustainable living and fit in perfectly with our views on property and what we were after. James was all too happy to get in contact with them.
